Well guys, just got done with Grinding Stone 2026.
It was a battle as per usual, this place is just gnarly.
And you know if you don't get up some of these lines, you and the bike are just car wheeling.
And for some reason the rut is so deep on stairway here that I popped my chain off twice.
And I've never popped my chain on a KTM in my life.
So that's pretty unusual, that was a little surprising.
I'm glad it worked out, I broke a foot peg too, so we had to change a foot peg.
Man it was carnage, me and Ryder had a big battle the first four laps, first half or so.
And then I think he was messing up stairway and I kind of got away and was just,
kind of survived the last four laps, I think we did eight laps.
And yeah, sick race, super gnarly course, but when you clean the lines it feels so good.

Well we just finished the race here in the desert in Arizona.
Super stoked to get the second place yesterday, the second place today.
I had zero speed in this terrain so I had to be happy.
Tristan was riding better than me and yeah, I am super stoked like I said,
to be able to ride in these conditions, in this crazy race.
I've been watching many years the videos and I want it to come.
So super stoked, I am in one piece, I'm ready to go in the first round in Alastair next month.
Finished up Grannystone, about third.
I had a good battle with Tristan for the first half, three quarters of the race.
And then Ozzy started to ride pretty bad, made a lot of mistakes.
Happy I didn't make too many until the end so I had a good gap to keep the podium.
But then Mario was behind me for a bit and then when he got by me,
I honestly was just kind of settled down, just got pulled in for third.
It was like, be smooth if something happens, take it.
But man, I was getting pretty tired at the end.
It gets pretty sketchy out here when you're tired.
So happy to be on the box, happy Mario was out here.
