Marin Co officials identify 2 boaters found dead in Tomales Bay

Alexander Ferguson, a 37-year-old Pacifica resident and planning commissioner, and 36-year-old Casey Malia were found dead in Tomales Bay. The pair disappeared during a canoe trip on Saturday night. Ferguson is remembered by his community as a dedicated public servant, mentor, and outdoorsman. A joint investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.
