Watch chef make lobster rolls at food truck in Morro Bay

The Morro Bay Lobster Company offers two distinct styles of lobster rolls: a cold Maine style and a warm Connecticut style. Currently operating out of Sun and Buns Bakery on the waterfront, they produce a limited quantity of 130 to 140 rolls per shift, which often leads to sell-outs during weekends.
