The US military began striking targets in Iran, CENTCOM says

CENTCOM has confirmed that U.S. forces began striking Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targets in Iran today at 12 p.m. Eastern time. These actions were taken in response to IRGC attacks on commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and threats against American service members.
