Kevin Klein entering Winnipeg's mayoral race

Former city councillor and PC cabinet minister Kevin Klein has announced his candidacy for mayor of Winnipeg. Running against incumbent Scott Gillingham, Klein cites public dissatisfaction with city safety and the current tax structure as his primary motivations. He intends to release specific fiscal and safety proposals before the October 28th election.
