Stop searching for the perfect lamb chop recipe because today in this video I will be showing
you guys how to make the perfect juicy and tender lemon garlic butter lamb chops. Let's get into it.
We're going to start by patting down our lamb chops. Make sure it's nice and dry. That's how
you're going to get that beautiful sear on there. Okay once you're done drizzle some olive oil
on your lamb chops. Mix them up just like this and now you're going to season it. The seasoning
I'm using are onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, a little bit of salt and pepper.
Just add that all over. I'm using a teaspoon each. Obviously the measurement will be below
and also I'm using some fresh herbs. Okay not all of it. About 1 fourth teaspoon. You don't
want to burn it because we want a beautiful sear but I still want to infuse that herby flavor
to the lamb chops. So I'm adding rosemary, thyme, parsley and some fresh garlic. Okay
always fresh garlic. Always especially when making lamb chops you want that
garlicky flavor in there. Give it a nice mix just like so and it's pretty much done. What's
good about this recipe you can make it ahead of time so season it for the day or the day before
and then cook it the next day. Now we're going to make our lemon garlic butter. So I'm using
one stick of butter. This is very soft as you can see. Room temperature. Now I'm going in
with the garlic, the remaining of the garlic. I'm adding the fresh parsley and always use fresh
ingredients for this recipe. This is the thyme, the rosemary. Also we're going to be adding some
lemon zest. Smells so good already. This is the perfect recipe. It's quick, easy and it's
flavorful. Also we're going in with some fresh parmesan cheese. Now you're going to just mix
everything together. Now even the butter you can make it ahead of time as well and just let it sit
on your counter so it can be nice and soft. So if you're cooking this for Thanksgiving you can
definitely make everything ahead of time. Now you have a nice beautiful compound butter.
Delicious. Perfect. Now we're getting ready to pan sear our lamb chops. I'm going to drizzle
some olive oil. This is extremely, extremely hot. We want a beautiful sear so I'm going to place
that in there just like that. I like to press it when I place it in there just so I can get that
even sear on there. Now I'm going to let it pan sear for about I'll say four to five minutes per
side. It is time to flip them over. As you can see they are golden brown. Yes, yes that's what we
want. Just flip them over. Beautiful. Now don't overcook these okay. Do not overcook these.
It didn't even take five minutes. Honestly it took me about three minutes
and they're already looking so, so good. So I'm just going to flip them over.
Allow the other side to cook for another four minutes to five minutes. All right guys it is
time for me to remove the lamb chops. They're looking extremely beautiful. So I'm going to
set them aside so we can work on that amazing lemon garlic butter sauce. So just remove them.
They are juicy too. I can tell which is what we want. So now turn down your heat.
Go in with a little bit of wine. I'm using this white wine just to deglaze everything.
Let me let it cool down a little bit. Don't want to make it smoky up in here. We're going in with
about one fourth cup of wine. Deglaze the bottom. Add your butter. Smells so good. Also I'm going in
with half a lemon juice. Smells amazing. Be careful so you don't get any seeds
in there because it might, it will actually make it bitter. I'm going in with a little bit of pepper
flakes. Turn the heat up. Pepper flakes. Now if you don't like the heat just don't use it. I love me a
little bit of spiciness. So I'm going to add the pepper flakes and I'm forming this beautiful
garlicky herby sauce right here that's going to swim on top of the lamb chops. Okay and now I
want to be fancy. I'm adding a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. About a tablespoon will do.
Give it a nice mix. Now before you add your lamb chops, I have a little bit more butter. Let me add
that in. Before you add the lamb chops, make sure you taste this sauce okay. Taste it first.
It is so good. Now it doesn't have any salt in there yet. Let me add my lamb chops back in here.
If I need to add salt, I'll add it because you know there's seasoning all over these
lamb chops right here. You don't want to make it salty. That looks amazing right? Amazing.
Now all you got to do is baste this lamb chop. Okay baste it with that butter. Make sure it's
nice and buttery especially the bones. Don't forget the bones need to be nice and cooked.
Okay we don't want to see any blood. Nothing like that. So make sure every part is nice and cooked
and at this point your lamb chops are ready. Goodness take a look. It's juicy y'all. It's
juicy. Perfectly cooked. I have some garlic mash under here so let's try it by itself first. Shall
we? So flavorful. Instantly you taste the garlic first of all. Garlicy, a little bit lemony.
Yeah and just like that under 30 minutes we make the most juicy, tender and flavorful lamb chops.
