Celebrating 100,000 Subscribers and the Journey So Far

Alright, hey guys, how are we doing? I woke up bright and early to record this video. Still having my morning Cheerios. No, but actually though, as you may know, I hit 100,000 subscribers yesterday. This is a really big moment for me. This has been basically my childhood dream since I was like 11 years old. I'd watch YouTube and I'd, I'd, I mean that's what I wanted to be. It was always 100k, it's always what I wanted to do. And so I feel like I needed to make this video as just a big, just absolutely massive thank you. Like this is genuinely one of the biggest moments of my life. And obviously it couldn't be done without everybody who watches these videos. Every single person who's subscribed to the channel. I can't even tell you how much I appreciate it. You guys have genuinely changed my life. You've put me in a totally different position with college-wise. Like you've set me up just because you guys watch these videos that I really enjoy making. And I can't even tell you how much I appreciate that. It means so much to me. Mainly, I want to thank everyone in this community. I love what we have here, I really do. Like obviously every single person's gonna say, Oh, I love my community, I love all the people who watch these videos. But that's very genuine for me. Obviously I have my Discord members and stuff. I talk on there all the time. And those are like, those are real friends to me. The people who comment on these videos, I recognize these names. I read all your comments. Especially my members. Genuinely, I know all of you. And I appreciate so much what you've done for the channel. Just thinking a little bit about how big this moment is for me. I started YouTube in 2017. I made Minecraft videos on there. I was a little squeaker before my voice got a little deeper. I've always had people make fun of me for my voice. Whether it's being a little tiny kid or having a lisp. Whatever you guys want to say. And I made Minecraft videos on there for a good four or five years. That's all I would do. I don't think I missed a single month really. It was just constant content. Because I really enjoyed making that. And eventually I got bigger and bigger. I remember 100 subscribers was a big deal. 200 subscribers. 500 was a massive deal. That's really when I started picking up. And then obviously we were working towards 1,000. And that's a big place because you can get monetized. And that was always a big goal for me. But genuinely, I don't think that was really as big of a deal as 100k is. I started my geography channel a few years ago now. I had gotten a little bit bored of the Minecraft content. And I wanted to try something new. And immediately that channel was a success. It only took a few months before that. I had more subscribers on my second channel now. And it was off to the races from there. Because I really enjoyed making that content. It was everything I loved doing. I was super interested in geography. I knew a lot about what I was talking about. And I loved doing that stuff. And watching the growth after that's happened has been amazing. I'm committed to what I'm doing. I really enjoy what I'm doing. And now we're at 100k. And I finally did it. I always wanted to make it big. And here we are. We actually did it. Thank you guys so much. I'll have a little silver play button right up there. You guys won't be able to see it. It'll be just for me. I wanted to thank my family as well. My parents. All my siblings. My girlfriend. Having that sort of support system has been really awesome. Having people that you know care about how you're doing. And all that stuff. Thank you all so much. You know who you are. Helping me get to a moment like this. If I didn't have people that actually cared about what I was doing. Every single day. When I could tell them about stuff. And they actually wanted to hear it. You know you wouldn't be able to have the motivation to keep going. As far as I have. With that getting into the really exciting stuff for me. I have merch. This is a prototype that I have right here. It doesn't have the little logo under it. I didn't want to be repping Beaver Geo everywhere I go. I just wanted a nice looking shirt. But yeah. I have a few things. I have all the 100k stuff. And then I have that along with my Beaver Geo shirt. I personally love the Beaver Geo shirt. I think it looks really cool. It'll have a little Beaver Geo down here right under it. So you can really support the channel. And then this stuff will be white. This is a prototype as I said. So it'll be a little higher quality than what I have. That's a personal style that I like the most. But then we also have 100k stuff. We have t-shirts. Sweatshirts. Hoodies. Stickers. Stickers are a little something if you just want to buy something. You don't have enough money to buy the big stuff. I totally understand. Really all of this has been a childhood dream. You have merchandise. You have people wearing that stuff. That's insane. And so finally being able to do that has been really cool. I love this one. But for the 100k stuff, it's going to be as cheap as absolutely possible. We're working at basically no actual revenue for us. Because this is more about just I think it's awesome. I think it's so cool. And I don't really care if I'm making money off of it. Genuinely that's not why I'm doing it. I just think it's cool. People walk around with Beaver Geography merch. That's crazy. So please go to the link down in the description. Click the link down in the description below. Please consider just buying something. Buy a shirt. Sweatshirt. Sticker. Whatever you feel. This is just about supporting me. If you appreciate the channel. You've been here along the way. Getting that 100k merch. Something like that. Is a way to show that you've been here. Hopefully in a few years we look back at it. And we say the people who have this kind of merch. You were the OGs. You were here. So I would really appreciate. I'll get a little notification on my phone every time someone orders something. It's going to make me really happy. Obviously don't feel obligated. But just go for it. I really appreciate it. It would be awesome. We're also going to do a little giveaway. For a signed t-shirt. For anyone who becomes a member for the channel. So if you want to be in the running for that. Just become a member. I'm going to put everybody's name in there randomly. You can also become a booster on my discord. If you want to join the discord. I love my discord. I love my members there. That link is down in the description below. So boosters and members. If you want to do either of those things. You can get put into that little giveaway. Hopefully you'll win a signed t-shirt. The 100k merch is only available for this month. I want it to be a special thing. Just put it cheap for one month. People can get it. It's just a way to show that you've been here for this moment. I'm just trying to celebrate the milestone. So if you want to get this within this month. That's the only time it'll be available. And then it'll be just onto this type of stuff. And we will have other releases from this brand. So if you don't like any of the stuff. Keep your eyes out. You don't have to buy anything. If you don't like how it looks. Just wait it out. Maybe you'll have stuff that you like a little more. That comes out like next month. Stuff like that after the 100k stuff. But if you want to be a part of this merch. This merch drop. Just click the link down in the description. I'm really really excited about it. Just check out the designs. Obviously I'm showing them on screen right now. But check them out. See what you like. I would just really really appreciate it. But that's it. I mean. This is just insane. I wanted to make a full video. This isn't something that I'd normally do. I'm not the type of person to make a little milestone video. But 100k is just different. Because this is just like. This has been what I've been working towards. For most of my life now. Well a lot of my life. Not most of it I don't think. But actually though. Thank you all so much. I'll keep pushing out the content for you. Hopefully for years to come. So thank you guys. Bye.
