DRC opposition rejects President Tshisekedi's offer of national dialogue

Opposition groups in the DR Congo have rejected President Felix Tshisekedi's proposal for a national dialogue. The Article 64 coalition views the initiative as a political maneuver to enable the President to secure a third term in office, rather than a genuine effort toward national reconciliation.
