Video Summary
AI GeneratedRob from the Media Awareness channel shares a performance of Aurora's song \"A Cure For Me.\" The video combines a personal appeal for a fundraiser to support Rob's mobility needs with a musical review, highlighting Aurora's heartfelt stage presence and the technical quality of her live performance.
Hello everyone once again, this is Rob. Welcome back to Media Awareness.
Before I continue, a reminder, the fundraiser continues. For those of you who's my channel
are unaware, I am a disabled individual and I use a motorized wheelchair slash scooter all day
every day for my independence and I need your help. My insurance will not cover anything
with regard to my scooter as a good as a quote luxury item end quote. Despite the fact that I
am unable to walk whatsoever in addition to being unable to use any other type of scooter
or power chair or even a standard wheelchair for that matter as I only have limited dexterity in
one hand. In addition to that, I do not have a backup scooter or wheelchair to rely on at the
current time. So if my scooter should malfunction as it did in the past, I will yet again be a fish
out of water, a scenario I want to avoid at all costs. In addition to that, my wheelchair van
has ceased functioning and I need my independence to be reliable. Therefore it is crucial that I
meet the goals that I have in mind. The scooter itself is in need of ongoing refurbishing
and I also plan on purchasing a brand new scooter to use moment to moment, day to day, every day
with my existing model completely refurbished, waiting in the wings to be used that moment's
notice if necessary, when necessary. Also having the ability to go wherever I need to go
in my own vehicle would be an ideal situation at the current time and in the future.
So a new wheelchair van is definitely a must as well. So please do what you can. I would greatly
appreciate anything that you can contribute. I do want to extend a gracious thanks to those
who have contributed thus far in addition to those who plan on contributing as your contributions
have and will make a world of difference in my life. Thank you all. I love you all. If you're
not yet subscribed to Media Awareness, my channel, please consider subscribing and becoming part of
the Media Awareness family. I'd love to have you. Also if you do subscribe, be sure to click the

continuing my discovery of Aurora's music and this is a concert I'm in. I just started covering
as of last week. I'll be doing a track per week and this week's track is A Cure For Me and the
entire concert is linked below. So without further ado, let's experience A Cure For Me by Aurora and
I'll be back following this with my assessment. Thank you so much. Oh my gosh, you have no idea
how much I needed your energy on stage today because I feel so naked and afraid.
Isn't that a TV show? Yes, I feel just like that. So you're just so nice to us. Thank you.
And being here is such a wonderful thing. I've been touched in so many places in my soul and
my heart today and I've been inspired by so many people and I've gotten the chance to just
talk about Mother Earth and my love for her and our love for her and our responsibility to her,
for her and it's been just such a soul-ripping and beautiful day and I feel both very tired but
also so inspired because I truly feel tired but also so inspired. No, but I have so much
hope for the future because I see today I've been surrounded only by the beauty
in mankind. I've only seen just the beautiful side of people today and I really, it's been just so
delicious and I just want to thank you all for that because it's been beautiful and I really
have hope. The next song is about that it's okay to be gay.
So you blamed it all on my love the movie
heart I got but I don't need a cure for me I don't know I don't need a cure for me
I don't need it I don't need it I don't need I don't like the tension the misapprehensions about
our nature in love the glorious teachers are no use for creatures who knows how to play with the
but they never show unless they hurt so you blamed it all on my love the movie
heart I got but I don't need a cure for me
I don't need a cure for me no I don't need a cure for I don't need it
no I don't need a cure for
I don't need it please no care for me
please no care for me care for me
please no care for me care for me care for me
please no care for me care for me care for me and you need to know I don't need I don't need it
and you should know I don't need a cure for and you need to know I don't need I don't need it
you need to know I don't need I don't need it you should know I don't need
So there you have auror a cure for me
And let's talk about this performance. This was really quite, quite incredible.
Her dialogue prior to the sign itself was really heartfelt, warm, and very just
hospitable. She strikes me as the kind of person you could just sit down with and
have a nice just chat with and, you know, very light-hearted yet deep at the same
time. And then the sign itself really had a lot of those elements in it as well.
It was really a great tune. Loved the lyrics. Loved her delivery of them
vocally. She always sounds great, but in this particular case she was really,
really putting it out there. And I was very impressed with her performance
overall. Working the crowd and just working the stage and really doing
fantastic job of it. Of course, her accompaniment, the backup singer and
rhythm keeper was excellent as well. Very much in time. The timing on the
rhythm was just impeccable. And the guitarist is also to be commended as
well for some incredible picking. Great stylistic choice and I really liked the
way it complemented Aurora's vocals as well. So there you have my overall
assessment of this particular song, A Cure for Me. And next week I'll be
continuing with this concert with the next track. However, just want to remind
you all that the fundraiser continues and the end all help is welcome. Even
five or ten dollars will make all the difference in the world. And you can even
contribute anonymously via the spot fund link below. I also now accept PayPal
the fundraiser is of course to both continue the ongoing refurbishing of my
existing wheelchair slash scooter that I use all day every day every day and I'm
currently in. And I'm also saving for a new scooter as well to use all day
every day and to have this one completely refurbished and what ready to
be a reliable backup scooter if necessary. I'm also saving for a new
wheelchair van which is the most costly adventures. So any and all help stated is
welcome and I would really appreciate anything you could do. If you have
already contributed I do want to say thank you very much. I appreciate you all.
I love you all. And if you're unable to contribute as a result of financial
constraints please at least like and share my video on any and all social
media platforms that you all frequent. That way the word is spread about the
fundraiser and my content but more importantly about media awareness. I will
see you all again soon. Have a wonderful morning, noon, or night wherever you are.
Take care. Bye.
