When I was lost, you came and found me When I was weak, you carried me You gave me hope when hope was fading Your grace became my victory I cannot count the ways you love me I cannot measure all you've done My heart will sing forever Jesus, you are the one Your endless love, your endless love It never ends Through every storm, you stay beside me Through every night, your hand in me You turn my darkness into light Oh Jesus, I bless you Your mercy never leaves me Your endless love, your endless love I love you Lord, for all you've done You've been my light when there was none Through every night and every day Your hand has always made a way From my first breath to where I stand I see your grace in every plan All my life you've carried me Never once you set me free With every breath inside my lungs I will sing of what you've done You are good, forever true Every day I'll follow you When I was lost, you called my name Your love has never, ever changed In every storm, you stayed so near Your voice was all I needed to hear You led me out, you pulled me through There's nothing Lord, you cannot do All my life you've carried me Never once you set me free With every breath inside my lungs You've done, you are ever true Every move, your goodness In every heart I give you All my life you've carried me Faithful through eternity With every breath inside my lungs I will sing of what you've done You are good, forever true Every day I'll follow you I look back on my life and see The many ways you carried me Through every valley, every storm Your faithful hands kept me secure When I had nothing left to say You heard the prayers, I couldn't pray When I was weak, you made me strong Your love has been my shelter all along I don't deserve the grace you've given But every morning, I see your mercy You have been so good to me You'll never, ever change Your love is the same You're not left in me, I'm good to me When doors were closed, you made a way When I was lost, you knew my name You turned my tears into a song And gave me strength to carry on I've seen your hand upon my life I've seen your grace time after time If I had a thousand tongues I'd still have more to say of your love I don't deserve the grace you've given But every morning, I see your mercy You have been so good to me You'll never, ever change Your faithful hands, you've been my guest I see your growth You have been so good to me You are good Yesterday, today, forever You are good And your love will never fail Calvary was slain My sin, he took my shame The darkness fell The war was won But Jesus rose The victory came The stone was rolled away Jesus broke the power of death And Nectar's cross has won The grace of Jesus Christ Is alight Yeah, Jesus rose Every chain broken Has lost its power By the blood of Jesus Christ We are free from sin today Defeated Jesus rose Victory belongs to you Jesus rose Satan is defeated The king is risen Jesus The cross has won Jesus is victorious
