Second lawsuit filed against House Bill 369

Gwinnett County District Attorney Patsy Austin Gaston has filed a lawsuit challenging Georgia House Bill 369. The law removes political party labels from election ballots for district attorneys and other county offices in five metro Atlanta counties starting in 2028. Opponents argue the legislation is racially discriminatory and unfairly targets Democratic officials.
