​🎃 HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICE MIX:

​3 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
​2 tsp Ground Ginger
​2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
​1 tsp Ground Allspice
​1 tsp Ground Cloves



🍌🎃 BANANA PUMPKIN BREAD

220g plain flour
8g baking powder (2 tsp)
2.5g baking soda (½ tsp)
1.5g salt (¼ tsp)
3g cinnamon (1 tsp)
1g mixed spice (½ tsp)
75g vegetable oil
100g soft brown sugar
120g mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)
120g pumpkin purée
60ml plant milk

Method
Preheat the oven to 175°C (or 160°C fan).
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, brown sugar, mashed banana, pumpkin purée and plant milk.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry just until combined. Don't overmix.
Pour into a lined loaf tin.
Bake for roughly 50–60 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
Let it cool in the tin for about 10–15 minutes before transferring to a rack.
