Tropical Storm Dolly to bring rain to Caribbean this weekend

Tropical Storm Dolly is moving west toward the Windward Islands and Puerto Rico. While not a massive system, it is expected to bring much-needed rainfall and potential thunderstorms to Puerto Rico, which is currently facing a severe water crisis. The storm is projected to remain a tropical storm through the weekend before potentially weakening into an open wave.
