Glendale police arrest barricaded suspect

David Melendez, a 36-year-old with an extensive criminal history, was arrested in Glendale after a foot chase led to a barricade standoff. Melendez used his parents as human shields during the incident. After SWAT teams deployed drones and flashbangs, he was discovered hiding in a closet and taken into custody.
