Condo owners at Bayfront Towers in Nassau Bay are facing severe financial hardship following a 2021 fire. Eleven owners remain unable to move back into their uninhabitable units yet are still required to pay monthly HOA fees and massive special assessments, with some reporting losses exceeding $80,000.
