A diver encountered a rare blunt-nosed sixgill shark while searching for a giant pacific octopus. The shark, a female measuring 10 to 12 feet, approached the diver closely before swimming back into the deep. Although the encounter was non-aggressive and a \"bucket list\" experience, the diver remained nervous for the remainder of the dive.
