Ernest Tomlinson (1924-2015) Concert Jig

Ernest Tomlinson's energetic Concert Jig is from the composer's Silverthorn suite. Rather bizarrely this was named after an Essex telephone exchange when the composer resided in Chingford in the mid 50's. This particular recording features Jack Coles conducting his own orchestra.
