Catch & Cook in the Mountain.

Today I’m heading up deep into the mountains in Taipei to catch fish straight from a freshwater river — and cook what we catch right beside the water.

Surrounded by clear mountain streams, rocks, and some seriously beautiful scenery.

From learning how to catch the fish to grilling them fresh from the river, this was one of the most unique ways I’ve ever had lunch.
