Cobalt apartment complex fire latest

A fire broke out in the attic of the Cobalt apartment complex in Pasco County, displacing 200 residents. While no human injuries were reported, survivors and witnesses claim that fire alarms failed to sound, forcing neighbors and workers to alert residents manually.
