New Flin Flon student residence opens at UCN

University College of the North (UCN) has opened its first student residence in Flin Flon. The $2 million facility provides 30 rooms and essential amenities, allowing northern students to pursue training—specifically through the Northern Manitoba Mining Academy—without relocating south, thereby increasing student success and supporting the local mining industry.
