Brown Sugar Bakery hit by second break-in in weeks

Brown Sugar Bakery, a community staple on East 75th Street, has suffered its second break-in within a month. Despite the theft of point-of-sale equipment and a shattered storefront, owner Stephanie Hart remained determined to open for business and continue serving the historic Black business district.
