You’ve Never Seen Korean Food Cooked With a View Like This

I took my family out to a one of the most beautiful lake view campsite in the area. It’s been two years since my last visit to Alder Lake. On this trip, we set up a simple IGT configuration for cooking with a wok and sitting height tables for dinning. We also had a separate area to enjoy takibi. Due to the fire burn ban, we had to use propane for our campfire. I brought the Snow Peak Takibi Propane Insert to test it out. Due to the recall on the insert, I changed something in the insert to make it more safe.
This might be my favorite way to cook outdoors yet.
We also cooked some of my favorite Korean dishes in a wok, right beside one of the most beautiful lake views I’ve ever camped at.
From sizzling Korean spicy squid to spicy noodles soup, this is all about making incredible food while enjoying time outside.
I’ll show you the modification I made to the Snow Peak Propane Takibi Insert, why I wanted to change it, and how it works when cooking with a wok. Check out my video for inspiration on you next camping trip!
