Horses receiving proper care, recovering from poor conditions

Over a dozen horses and 85 dogs were rescued from a home in Lake County after being found in poor condition. The animals have been surrendered to shelters and the Dreamcatcher Horse Rescue, where they are receiving medical attention and nutritional support to recover from neglect.
