It's quite simple really. The benefits of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) belongs US citizens and legal immigrants. This SHOULD leave no room for illegal aliens. The US taxpayers should NOT be burdened with that. This is why the HUD Department Secretary Scott Turner proposed this new rule.
