Sophia and I are giving you a walk around our new 60-acre off-grid property in Washington and sharing some of the things that made us fall in love with this place – along with a few of the very big ideas we have for its future.

The ranch sits deep in the mountains, surrounded by National Forest, with a cabin, multiple shops, trails, a corral, a watchtower, the Sky Cabin, and a whole lot of land that needs some love.

Our goal is to slowly bring this property back to life while creating a place centered around adventure, community, outdoor education, animals, growing food, and spending as much time outside as possible.

We have a ridiculous amount of work ahead of us, but that’s also what makes this project so exciting.

This is just a quick tour of the property and some of our plans. There’s a LOT more to come as we start tackling the off-grid systems, cleanup, restoration, building projects, trails, gardens, animals, and everything else we have dreamed up for this place.
