Hakeem Jeffries Finally Admits It

How is this guy still the leader of the Democratic party?

Hakeem Jeffries has fully admitted that he does not support abolishing ICE or Medicare for All. If it wasn’t clear that he doesn’t represent the party's voters before, it should be now.

Speaker Jeffries may be the most feckless leader the Democrats have ever had. And Chuck Schumer is literally right there, so that is saying something! The party’s voters continue to move to the left, demanding action against the Trump regime’s lawlessness and relief from the affordability crisis. Yet, Hakeem is out here on Meet the Press giving away the game.

Kristen Welker asked the representative whether or not he would put forth Medicare for All if the Democrats retake the House of Representatives after the midterms. He responded with the usual word salad about making healthcare “affordable” for all Americans. Kudos to Welker, for once, for hitting Jeffries with a follow up asking him again if he supports Medicare for All. He responded no. This guy can’t be leader if the Democrats win the House.
