Carney expects to speak to Trump before tariff deadline

Prime Minister Mark Carney says he expects to speak with U.S. President Donald Trump before Wednesday's tariff deadline while in St. John's, Newfoundland where he announced a new agreement on the Churchill Falls generating station and the launch of new hydro, wind and transmission projects on Monday.
