
Calisthenics Vs Cliff Diving | My Biggest Fear

Cliff diving is one of the most dangerous sports in the world. Professional athletes jump from heights of up to 90 feet, reaching speeds of over 50 mph before entering the water with almost perfect precision. Today, I’m stepping completely out of my comfort zone to see if I can learn the basics of cliff diving… despite having a huge fear of heights!
To help me, I trained with professional high diver David Colturi, who took me through a crash course starting from the very basics. From learning proper water entries and eliminating splash to front dives, flips, and climbing higher platforms, every lesson built toward one goal: overcoming my fear and experiencing what it takes to become a cliff diver.
