Refugee finds permanent home in Steinbach, Man.

Lázaro Emiliano Rosello Navarro, a Spanish-speaking refugee claimant from Cuba, found stability in Steinbach after being redirected there from Ontario. Through the collaborative efforts of Steinbach Community Outreach and Eastman Immigrant Services (EIS), he transitioned from an emergency shelter to permanent housing and essential social services.
