Filmed from the air, this full-length travel documentary crosses Canada from the Rocky Mountains to the High Arctic: two million lakes, 202,000 kilometres of coastline, and a wilderness almost the size of Europe with no roads in it at all.

You'll see a waterfall twice the height of Niagara that no road has ever reached. A wall of granite that leans out over its own shadow, 1,250 metres straight down. An ocean that climbs 16 metres up bare rock, twice a day, every day. An island nearly the size of Croatia with not one human being on it.

For four hundred years, outsiders wrote one word across the top of this map. Empty. They were wrong — and what is up there is stranger than anyone guessed.
