Early 1900s Patek Philippe Pocket Watch. Heirloom rescue!

This amazing find from a Florida estate sale has history in the Patek Philippe archives and is traceable to the original owner. A beautiful early 1900s 18K gold timepiece constructed of the finest materials lies broken in a desk, we find an overwound watch with a bent balance staff and some dubious work beneath.

There's nothing else for it, we either have to find a unicorn balance staff or make one ourselves on the watchmaker's lathe. We didn't find one.
