Glendale standoff ends with suspect dead

Glendale Police responded to a domestic disturbance involving a 59-year-old man who violated an order of protection. The suspect barricaded himself in a residence and engaged officers in a two-hour shootout with a rifle. The incident ended when the suspect was found deceased inside the home. One officer sustained minor injuries, and several police vehicles and drones were damaged.
