2 killed in Payson plane crash identified

The Payson community is mourning the loss of 75-year-old Brad Lawrence and 19-year-old Carter Buckner, who died in a plane crash on Monday evening. Federal investigators from the NTSB and FAA are currently working to determine the cause of the accident.
