Folks, something absolutely shocking has just happened. President Donald Trump did not attack
John Thune. He didn't endorse him. He didn't rescue him. He just simply stepped aside.
And suddenly, Washington's acting like somebody pulled the fire alarm in the middle of a five-star
fundraiser. Because while the media was busy obsessing over the latest outrage of the day,
a very different story was unfolding. New immigration numbers started rolling in.
Millions of jobs opening up. The Democratic Socialists of America, or DSA,
decided that abolishing the United States Senate sounded like a fantastic idea.
Yeah, Michigan Democrats rallied around Abdul El-Sayed while old Hassan Piker controversies
came roaring back into the spotlight. And meanwhile, John Thune, he found himself
trapped in the one place that no career politician ever wants to be in. Standing
between President Trump and the voters who believe that they sent Washington a very clear
message last November. Now, here's the funny part, guys. The political class thought that
voters would just calm down and forget about it. They thought people would stop paying attention.
But instead, voters grabbed their popcorn, pulled up a chair, and they started keeping score.
Now, we're watching a political food fight involving President Trump, Thune, the US Senate,
the DSA, Michigan progressives, Chuck Schumer, and a Democratic Party that increasingly looks like
it's arguing with itself in front of the entire country. But here's what the media still is not
telling you. These stories are not separate. In fact, they're all connected. And when you
connect the dots, a bigger picture emerges that's much bigger than anyone in Washington
wants to admit out loud. So, we're going to go ahead and break it down. We're going to
break down the job numbers, the immigration bombshell, the Save America Act showdown,
the Michigan backlash, President Trump's massive $800 million political war chest,
and the exact moment establishment politicians realize that the rules of the game have just
changed. Now, if you enjoy cutting through the media spin and BS, be sure to subscribe to the
channel and join our amazing community of patriots who refuse to let Washington do their
thinking for them. Oh, and real quick before we jump in, if you're looking for free Medicare help,
our friends over at Chapter, they compare plans for free, they help you with this complicated
Medicare jargon, and they're saving the average senior about $1,100 per year, which is pretty
hefty. Anyway, I left the phone number for you, guys, in the description down below. You can give
them a call or hit the link. Phone number is 909-563-8279. I want to dive in right now. Let's
not waste any time, because what just happened has Washington absolutely panicking. Oh, and by
the way, if by the end of the video, if you've enjoyed the discussion, just do me a favor,
hit the like button on the way out. Tells the algorithm that common sense is still apparently
alive and well. Now, folks, let's start with the good stuff, okay? This is the stuff that
actually happened. Since President Trump walked back into the White House, native-born Americans
have gained 1.7 million jobs. Not promised, not coming soon, gained already in people's pockets.
Meanwhile, the foreign-born employment dropped by 1.3 million. Now, do the math with me, guys.
This is a 3 million job swing in favor of, oh, I don't know, actual American citizens. Crazy
concept, I know, right? Now, here's the part that really ties the bow on top. ICE and DHS,
they didn't do this by accident. Almost a million deportations, hundreds of thousands of visas
revoked. This wasn't luck. This was the plan, the exact plan that President Trump told you about
every single rally. Promises made, promises kept. Say it with me, guys. I genuinely cannot remember
the last time that a politician's math actually checked out. It's suspicious in a good way.
Now, for millions of you, this is vindication. I mean, you got called crazy for years for saying
that this would work. Well, it worked. Welcome to being right. Anybody else tired of winning?
Because I'm not. Now, before we jump to the next part, quick question, guys. Have you ever finished
one of these videos and thought to yourself, man, I wish I could listen to this while I was driving,
walking the dog, or pretending to exercise? Well, I have good news for you. You can. The Ron Yates
report is now on Spotify. Every episode's posted there as well. So if you'd rather take the
conversation with you instead of staring at your screen, just search the Ron Yates report on
Spotify and hit follow. That way, you'll never miss tomorrow's episode, even if the algorithm
decides to take a personal day. It's okay. So now, you would think a 3 million job swing would be
the biggest headline in America. I mean, you would think that CNN would be leading with it.
MSN would probably have some cool graphics, confetti, maybe. Instead,
crickets. Actual, audible crickets. Y'all hear them? Yeah, exactly. Because here's the awkward
part. Here's the awkward truth that the media has been sitting on. This proves the we need
immigration, labor, or the economy collapses argument was never true. Not even a little bit.
It was a story, a very expensive, very convenient story. Wages are already responding. Workforce
participation among American-born workers is climbing. DHS's own numbers back it up,
plain as day, sitting right there in black and white for anybody willing to read past the
headline. But of course, the media can't say that out loud. Because if they do, if they admit
Trump's numbers are real, then they have to admit that their predictions were fake. Tough spot to
be in. Really tough spot. My heart goes out to him, a little bit. But you already knew this,
didn't you? Like, you've been saying it for years. Turns out that you were the analyst all along.
Alright, now buckle up, guys, because this next part is going to make your rent bill make a lot
more sense. So, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, he said the quiet part out loud this week. He
basically said nobody wants to admit it, but there are actual academic studies proving that where
ice goes, rent goes down. Now, I want to hit this again, okay? The Treasury Secretary of the United
States confirmed it, not some guy yelling on a street corner. The Treasury Secretary, guys,
Scott Besant. Turns out when you don't have millions of extra people competing for the same
apartments, landlords cannot charge you like they're renting a beachfront condo for a one
bedroom apartment above a laundromat. Shocking, truly shocking. Somebody alert the economics
departments. Old supply and demand doing its thing again, right? Communities, when you get,
and we don't know what it was. Was it 10? Was it 15? Was it 25 million illegals? There's no new
housing stock. So, you saw rents go through the roof. And now, people don't want to admit it,
but there are academic studies that show where ice goes, rents go down.
That's exactly right.
Rents go down.
So, every single one of you guys who's been priced out of your hometown, this is why. Not
mysterious market forces, math. Supply and demand, folks. The same stuff that they taught you in,
what, sixth grade? That apparently escaped an entire generation of policy makers. Now,
if you've got a friend who keeps on asking why immigration turned into such a massive voting
issue, stop arguing with them. Just send them this video. Save your breath, save your friendship.
Now, here's where things get really spicy, folks. Really spicy. The Save America Act,
I mean, you already know it. Voter ID, proof of citizenship, basic election integrity stuff that,
frankly, should've been lost since the Constitution was signed with an actual feather.
Now, for grassroots conservatives, this bill is not just policy. It's the whole ballgame. It's
in the Constitution. Well, it should've been. This is the thing that decides whether your vote
still means something or whether it's just a suggestion. The Republicans in the Senate
promised that this would get done. So, naturally, of course, the man standing between you and that
promise is Senate Majority Leader John Thune. Wonderful. Just wonderful, Mr. Thune. The one
guy that's standing in the doorway just so happens to be holding the keys. This was supposed to be
simple. Pass the bill, Republicans already control the votes, right? Instead, it became a
test. A loyalty test. And folks, so far, somebody's failing this test. And so, here's where John Thune
made his big mistake. His big ol' fat career-shaped mistake. He thought that this was
just going to blow over. He thought if he just kind of waited, stalled, scheduled a few more
coffee breaks, took a long vacation that you would forget. Folks, John Thune built a Senate calendar
where they're spending nearly 70% of the rest of the year on recess. Vacation. While claiming,
with a straight face, there's simply no time to vote on the Save America Act. Can you believe
this nonsense? Have you ever seen a bigger, bold-faced lie? No time. In a schedule that
he wrote himself. This is not a scheduling conflict. This is a hostage situation with
better catering. Oh, and here's a real kicker. One senator objecting could've blocked that recess
entirely. Just one. Just one person standing up and saying, actually, no. Nobody did it.
So, while John Thune sips his beach margarita, perhaps it's a daiquiri,
your vote sits in a drawer somewhere in the Capitol collecting dust. Meanwhile,
he's cashing a $193,400 paycheck for what appears to be, generously, three productive days a week.
Wow. And you can't even get permission to work from home. And he makes $193,000 a year
to hang out on the beach. Voters don't forget this, Senator. We just started keeping a list.
And then, it happened. The moment. The one that actually changed everything. A reporter asked
President Trump, point blank, do you want John Thune to stay on as leader? Do you support him?
And Trump, he didn't say yes. He said it's unfortunate Thune doesn't have the votes.
He said that there are disagreements. He didn't defend him. He didn't rescue him. He just let
him hang there, in public, on camera. Now, folks, in Washington,
an enemy attacking you is bad. A friend refusing to defend you is so much worse.
The filibuster. And by the way, getting Save America Act approved immediately,
and about 400 other things in every hour of every day. Boom, boom, boom. You get whatever
you want. You get- Democrats would do it too, though, right? They'd get-
Well, they're going to do that. They're going to do that. If they get in, they're going to do
it very quickly. I mean, you're wrong on that one. We'll see.
They're going to do that so fast. And I say, as long as we all know that they're going to do it,
I'm so shocked to hear you, but as long as I know that they're going to do that, you do it.
I would do it whether they did it or not. We would get, in the next two and a half years,
we would get things that nobody ever dreamt of. We would be in office for the next 100 years.
And I'll tell you what, if they get in, I may be the last Republican president.
Now, that silence wasn't an accident. President Trump doesn't do accidents.
That silence was a message sent loud and clear to every rhino watching. Fall in line or fall.
John Thune knows it too. This is why he's suddenly very productive in meetings that
he was avoiding for months. It's funny how urgency works once your job's on the line.
I just came from a very productive meeting with Senate Republicans,
and the conversation has shifted in a very favorable direction. We're talking now much more
about how best to do this, not whether to stay and work on the Save America Act, but
what procedural vehicle to use in order to get this thing done. So, look, I always, this is a
step-by-step process. I don't want to proclaim victory, but the conversation has moved in a
favorable direction. I want to thank Senate Majority Leader John Thune and our whip,
John Barrasso, for leading a very productive discussion today.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, nothing, and I mean nothing, terrifies a career politician quite
like discovering that voters actually read the news now. So, John Thune's phone is reportedly
ringing off the hook, not from lobbyists, from actual constituents, angry ones, pissed off ones,
patriotic ones. You know the kind who say things like pass the Save America Act or start packing
your office? Yeah, that kind. Suddenly, meetings that couldn't happen for months,
they're happening this week. Suddenly, John Thune is standing next to President Trump talking about
procedural vehicles and favorable decisions like he invented some urgency. Isn't that convenient,
John Thune? Almost like accountability works. Grassroots conservatives are openly floating
primary challengers, 27 Senate Republicans, and not one of them can be found to replace him.
This is not a leadership bench, folks. This is a leadership desert. So, of course,
Republican leadership built its entire strategy on the assumption that you would just get bored
and change the channel. You didn't. You got louder. And now, the establishment is finding
out the hard way that patience has an expiration date. So, of course, here's the truth in Washington
that nobody wants to say into a microphone. This really isn't Republican versus Democrat anymore.
It's not even close. It's populist versus the establishment. Workers versus career politicians
who've never missed a meal or a paycheck in their entire pampered lives. Voters versus
institutions that assumed that you would never actually check their homework. Now,
President Trump proved outsiders can win. And so now, regular Americans are asking a very
uncomfortable question. If he can beat the machine, why does our guy in the Senate keep
negotiating with it? It's a fair question, right? A very fair question, Senator Thune.
The old labels, R, D, Left, Right, they're getting thinner by the day. What's replacing
them is simpler. Are you fighting for the people who elected you or are you fighting to keep your
parking spot in the Capitol garage? Now, folks, that divide isn't coming. It's already here.
And it's only getting louder. So, while Republicans are having their little family argument,
folks, the Democrats are having an actual civil war. Popcorn-worthy stuff. So, on the one side,
you've got the moderates, James Carville, Bill Maher, Rahm Emanuel, actual grown adults saying
publicly, this is not who we are. Now, on the other side, the progressive wing dragging Chuck
Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries further left with every single news cycle whether they like it or
not. And judging by their face in every press conference lately, they do not like it. House
Speaker Mike Johnson, he summed it up perfectly. Old-school Democrats are watching their own party
get hijacked in real time and some of them are quietly wondering if there's room for them
somewhere else. This is not a party with a messaging problem, folks. This is a party having
an identity crisis on national television. Oh, and the scary part for them? The midterms are
91 days away and nobody in that party can agree on who they even want anymore or who they are.
I think it's exactly what we predicted would happen. There's going to be more disarray in
the party. The establishment Democrat party is in real trouble. That's why you hear voices like
James Carville and Bill Maher and Rahm Emanuel and others saying, this is not who we are. I
think you're going to have the old-school Democrats leaving the party. And I think
this party is going over the cliff. Going to Republicans? What are they going to do?
Well, we'd welcome them if they want to get on board with American principles,
which is what we represent, the American First Agenda and the foundational principles of the
country, which is what we're defending. Individual freedom, limited government,
the rule of law, peace through strength, fiscal responsibility, free markets, human dignity. If
they get on board with that, we'll take them. We're a big tent and we look forward to people
who want to defend the greatest nation. How much are you going to lean into this
contrast that you're talking about given what just happened in Michigan?
It's critically important. The American people see it. We have to let them understand,
as is famously said by Barack Obama, elections have consequences. And this one has a serious
set of consequences that follow it. We have the greatest experiment in self-governance in history.
We have the longest lasting constitution. We are the most free, most successful, most powerful,
most benevolent nation that's ever been. But it is not guaranteed. And Reagan used to remind us,
freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We don't pass it in
the bloodstream. It's got to be fought for, protected, taught, passed along the next
generation. That is the contest we're in right now. It happens to fall in November in a midterm,
about 91 days from today. That's why we're going to win because we defend America and they're
trying to turn us into something else. So, now I want to talk about the group
that's making the democratic civil war so much worse, the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of
America. Their leadership just announced a new rule. If you want their endorsement,
you now have to support abolishing the Senate, abolishing the Supreme Court, getting rid of the
electoral college entirely. Nothing says save democracy quite like abolishing the very
institutions that you don't currently control. It's a real subtle strategy here, folks. Now,
one of their own leaders admitted that they might not even have a president anymore. Just, and I
quote, some kind of head honcho. A head honcho running the United States of America. Very
presidential. Very democratic. This is actually something that we committed to at convention,
having our endorsed candidates supporting the program. It's a requirement now. And so,
that'll be incorporated into our endorsement process. It sounds so radical, like abolish
the Senate, abolish the Supreme Court, like et cetera, et cetera. But it's really, it's not.
Those are the things that need to happen. So, whenever people are like, oh my God,
they want to get rid of the president. I was like, well, I don't know what we would call it
in the future. We could call it the head honcho of whatever. It's like we might not have a president.
Now, here's the punchline that nobody at DSA headquarters seems to have caught.
There's already a law from 1954 called the Communist Control Act sitting right there
that was written for organizations that do exactly this. Nobody's enforcing it yet. Now,
if your platform is burn down the government, maybe don't also run for a government job.
Just a thought. Let's go ahead and head to Michigan, folks, because Michigan just handed
Democrats a preview of their own future and it ain't pretty. So, Abdul El-Sayed just won the
primary. He just won his primary, DSA's newest star. And when asked to disavow an ally who
publicly said America deserved the 9-11 attacks, El-Sayed's response was, and I'm not making this
stuff up, I'm not here to disavow people's views. Wow. That's a bold strategy. Genuinely bold,
El-Sayed. Somebody find this man a communications director fast.
Abdul Rahman Mohammed El-Sayed, the most radical Senate candidate in America.
El-Sayed pledged support for the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, a designated foreign
terrorist group. He wants to hike taxes on Michigan waitresses, delivery drivers,
and seniors on social security. He joined a sex offender and a murderer to demand the
mass release of dangerous prisoners. And when his ally claimed America deserved 9-11.
America deserved 9-11, dude. El-Sayed refused to disavow.
I'm not here to disavow people's views. Abdul El-Sayed, too radical, too dangerous.
That ally, by the way, is podcaster Hasan Piker, who's been openly campaigning alongside of him,
drawing in a young, impressionable audience with rhetoric that would get you kicked out
of most family thanksgivings. I'm not making this stuff up, guys. Michigan Democrats are
out there celebrating this as their brand new future. Meanwhile, actual Michigan voters,
you know, the ones with mortgages and jobs and grandparents, they're watching this circus and
quietly reconsidering everything. Activists keep mistaking a loud primary win for a broad support.
Folks, those are not the same thing. Michigan is about to learn that the hard way.
And now, the number that ties this whole circus together, $800 million. This is the war chest
that President Trump's MAGA Inc. is sitting on heading into the midterms. And Trump, being Trump,
set it plain. He's spending it, all of it, helping Republicans, whether certain rhinos
appreciate it or not. Money and a lot of people. Not my allies. I control it. Okay. You and your
allies. $800 million. Are you going to spend it? It's funny, nobody ever, of course I'm going to
do. You're going to spend it in the midterms. I could spend it on pretty much anything I want.
I'm going to spend it for, I'm going to help Republicans. So when you say I don't care.
No, I didn't say that. I said some people say that. Yeah, look, I mean, I could do a lot easier.
I don't have to be away in Nevada yesterday. I didn't have to be in Los Angeles yesterday
making speeches. I didn't have to be supporting all the people. I have a lot of, you know,
I have a busy schedule. I said to somebody, wait a minute, you don't understand. I won.
I'm not campaigning. Now that's the other thing. I get a tremendous vote. I have records in many
of the states, the most votes ever in Texas and Florida and many, many states, Alabama.
You can go through many, many states. The most votes ever. The question is, and they're asking
this question, and I've had some great polls recently, real polls, but they're great polls.
If I don't run, will those people go out and vote? Oh, but here's the honest part, folks.
Trump admitted it himself. When he's on the ballot, you show up. When he's not,
some of you get a little lazy. Not you, obviously. The other guy who skipped midterms,
you know who you are. 91 days, folks, that's the clock. Immigration results are in.
Housing's easing. John Thune is on notice. Democrats are eating themselves alive.
DSA just showed you exactly who they are. The establishment assumed that you'd calm down and
forget, but instead, you got louder and started keeping score. This is why Washington feels like
it's shaking right now, because for once, you're the ones that are setting the terms.
Now, folks, I want to go ahead and quickly recap, okay? We got the receipts today,
and there ain't no putting them back in the drawer. The jobs are real. The deportations
are real. Thune's on the clock, and he knows it. The Democrats are tearing themselves apart
in real time, and DSA just handed them a bigger shovel to dig in. Now, before you go, think of
that one person who needs to hear this, someone still asking why any of this matters. Go ahead
and send them this video. Let them catch up, and if today opened your eyes even a little bit,
hit the like button on the way out. Cost you nothing. Helps a ton of people find this who
still do not know yet. Oh, and one quick thing before we go. If you made it this far, congratulations.
You've officially consumed more political information today than most cable news producers.
Now, if you'd like to keep the conversation going tomorrow, you can now find the Ron Yates Report
on Spotify. Every episode is available there, which means you can listen in the car, at the gym,
on a walk, or while pretending to be productive around the house. So just search the Ron Yates
Report on Spotify and hit follow. That way, you don't miss tomorrow's episode, because let's be
honest. Tomorrow morning, Washington will probably have created three new scandals and two new
investigations, and at least one fresh reason for politicians to panic.
