Nobita and Doraemon discover a hidden cave and transform it into a high-tech secret base. Using Doraemon's gadgets, they equip the base with various rooms and a surveillance system to monitor the town. They use their new headquarters to play pranks on bullies and act as secret guardians of peace before Nobita's reality catches up with him.
