DeKalb County police find missing woman at lake

A DeKalb County family is mourning the death of 70-year-old Joanne Howell, who was found dead at Lake Ellenwood. Howell, who suffered from Alzheimer's and dementia, went missing over the weekend from her home. Her family is devastated and questioning how she reached the lake given her limited mobility.
