Suffolk police update on Nesconset fatal crash

A 26-year-old man, Thomas Lobianco, was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs after a fatal accident on Town Line Road. Traveling the wrong way at high speed, he struck three men on a sidewalk and crashed into a pole and fence. One victim died, and two others remain in serious condition.
