Typhoon Dolphin, "the biggest storm China has seen this year"

Storm Dolphin has caused widespread disruption across Asia, leading to the evacuation of over one million people in China. While downgraded to a tropical storm, it has triggered severe flooding, grounded nearly 1,000 flights in Shanghai, and caused casualties and power outages in the Philippines, Japan, and Taiwan.
