My Mission 1 Pro died after two months. It shut off in downtown Toronto and never turned back on. I tried charging it, ordered a new battery, and even attempted resets — nothing worked. The red LED stayed on and the camera wouldn’t power up.

I contacted GoPro support, explained the issue, and they approved a replacement under my subscription. I shipped the old unit on Wednesday and the new camera arrived earlier than expected on Friday. Great support experience overall.

Only mistake: I forgot to remove the lens hood before sending the old camera back, so that accessory is gone.
