The Housley Farm: It's Official...We Can Finally Start Building! 🎉 | Episode 9

Welcome to week 9 of The Housley Farm series! After seven long months of waiting, the moment we've been holding our breath for finally came: our permit is approved. 🎉 The fun officially begins!

We celebrated the only way our family knows how, with a little sparkling cider, a lot of screaming, and Adam teaching the kids a "skill" they probably didn't need to learn. 😅 Then we grabbed the spray paint and marked up the walls one last time, water lines, electrical, and a few sweet messages too.

But this week wasn't only about celebrating. Now that it's real, we sat down as a family to talk about the bigger feelings underneath it all. The excitement, yes, but also the transition. This home holds so many memories for us, and while we can't wait for the new chapter, we wanted to honor the one we're saying goodbye to. Life moves so fast, and we're choosing to soak up every moment of it.
