Celebrate Imbolc with us as we welcome the first signs of spring, living off-grid in our wooden campervan 🌿🚌 In this episode of our van life adventures, we park by a remote teal-colored lake in Valencia and embrace seasonal traditions that have been celebrated for centuries. From cold water dips, hearty foods to a spring clean in our tiny home, we take time to reset and reconnect with nature and reflect on the folklore of Imbolc, the changing seasons, and how life on the road helps us feel more in tune with the natural world ✨🌿 If you enjoy videos about seasonal living, off-grid van life and connecting with nature, don’t forget to like, subscribe to join our journey! 💚 ➢ My Friend's Handmade Jewellery from the Video: / dragonskye_handmade ➢ Watch Our Other Van Life Adventures In Europe: • Chasing Hidden Hot Springs in the Spanish ... ➢ Join our Members' Community to Support Our Channel and Enjoy Extra Content: / @roots-in-the-wild In this episode: 🔥 Celebrating Imbolc, Seasonal Rituals & Folklore 🚐 Off Grid Living & Slow Mornings by a Remote Lake in Spain ❄️ Wild Swimming in Cold Water to Welcome Spring 🧹 Spring Cleaning & its Connection to Ancient Traditions 🌞 Embracing Slow Living & Seasonal Changes ➢ Follow along for daily adventures! / jessicakleczka Chapters: 00:00 Intro & Who We Are 01:15 A Slow Morning Off-Grid 01:58 Imbolc Traditions & Seasonal Rituals 03:03 Cold Water Wild Swim 03:50 Traditional Hearty Breakfast 04:31 Spring Cleaning Our Van 06:43 Making Friends On the Road 07:51 Hiking & Weather Folklore 09:34 Foraging Gorse & Rosemary 10:45 Traditional Imbolc Lunch 13:13 Welcoming the Storm 14:16 Cosy Afternoon in the Van ➢ WHO WE ARE We’re Jessica, Risi, and Heidi – a trio exploring Europe as digital nomads, living a minimalist lifestyle in our handcrafted wooden van conversion “Bilbo.” A year ago we left behind our old lives working 9-5 for a life of freedom and full-time travel. We converted our second hand van using sustainable materials like reclaimed wood, linen and hemp to create an eco-friendly cottage on wheels for our adventures. Since then, we've been doing van life in Europe in the slow lane, reconnecting with nature through foraging and learning more about European folklore 🚌
