Bezos, Leonardo DiCaprio set up $200 million wildlife fund to save species on brink of extinction

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jeff Bezos have launched the Phoenix Species Project, a $200 million initiative aimed at saving 100 critically endangered species. Funded equally by the Bezos Earth Fund and DiCaprio's Rewild organization, the project seeks to increase target animal populations by 20% to 40% over the next five to ten years to reverse human-driven extinction.
