Shirakawa-go Morning Fog, Quiet Walk in Mountain Village | Gifu, Japan

An early morning walk through the fields and traditional houses of Shirakawa-go, a traditional Japanese mountain village and UNESCO World Heritage Site in Gifu, Japan. The village is known for its thatched roof houses, picturesque rice fields, flowing canals, and beautiful natural landscape. This morning we are treated to fog in the mountains and some morning rain on the quiet streets of the village as we walk from dawn through sunrise.
