Iran threatens Gulf allies with fresh retaliation as Trump desperately scrambles for a deal

Iran has warned Gulf allies they could face devastating retaliation if the US resumes strikes against Tehran.

Iranian officials reportedly urged Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey to pressure President Trump against launching another offensive.

The warning reportedly included threats against Gulf infrastructure such as energy facilities, refineries and power grids.
