AI GeneratedRicardo Bosie outlines a strategic framework to establish Australia as a sovereign, Christian, Western, and Anglophone constitutional republic. The core focus is on reclaiming financial resources and monetary sovereignty to achieve Indo-Pacific hegemony, ensuring that national wealth is recirculated to benefit the Australian people rather than foreign interests or corporate elites.
good and evil play out before our very eyes. Join John and Ricardo every other Monday at 6 p.m
eastern standard time right here at jmcbroadcasting.com. Well good evening ladies and gentlemen
I am Ricardo Bosie, National Leader of Australia One and thanks for joining us tonight for another
episode of The Rebirth of a Great Nation, The Constitutional Republic of Australia. Now this
series, this series is data heavy. We've got to get into the weeds in order to understand the
moving parts of why we are where we are and what we need to do to get out of it. So with that said
let's get to it.
Ladies and gentlemen and thank you for joining us here for The Rebirth of a Great Nation
episode nine, Financial Resources. For today we will as usual review our intention for the
entire program, review national power definitions, allocations, review our methodology, review episode
eight, Infrastructure and Communities. For this week's episode, Financial Resources,
we'll define financial resources, examine the strategic purpose of financial resources,
examine the seven core characteristics of financial resources and the seven sub-elements of the same,
analyze and describe policies for the seven sub-elements of financial resources
which optimize our collective to achieve our identity first great power objectives. Finally
we'll identify constitutional elements that would authorize such policies and as usual we repeat
and review and repeat and review so it becomes second nature for us to examine our world through
this prism. Intention. Who we are and how we are to live. This is a more profound question than you
can imagine. Who we are to be and how we are to live. Now in order to determine our national
destiny, the Australian one has chosen to preserve the best of our past while establishing and
maintaining control over our future through our first great power strategy. Purpose. To create
our new Australian nation state. To empower the Australian nation, that's the people,
to design a constitution for the governance of their Australian state and that's the legal and
political apparatus. Then each of the 19 elements of national power to determine the optimal policies
which will deliver a moral, sovereign, self-reliant, Christian constitutional republic
which is economically powerful, militarily intimidating, politically free, culturally
vibrant and socially cohesive. We'll then identify the constitutional elements which
would authorize such policies and identify the constraints and restraints which specifically
prescribe and proscribe constitutional powers and limits. The end state. Australia
maintains and strengthens its identity as Christian, Western and Anglophone. That's identity
itself as an epic regional hegemony with global leverage to shape normative orders
and that's the great power. Let's review national power. Definition. In the context
of the identity first great power national strategy for Australia, it is the total and
coordinated capacity of the Australian nation state to mobilize, integrate and direct all 19
core elements of national power toward the singular overriding purpose of establishing
and preserving Australia's moral, sovereign, self-reliant, Christian
constitutional republic that is economically powerful, militarily intimidating, politically
free, culturally vibrant and socially cohesive. This definition is deliberately subordinate to
the identity first great power imperative. Every element, whether tangible, intangible or hybrid,
is strategically harnessed and prioritized only insofar as it protects the foundation
Christian, Western, Anglophone identity and Indo-Pacific hegemony and global leverage to
shape normative orders. Practical implications. In practice national power manifests
inward consolidation that is the relentless alignment of all resources and instruments to
reinforce Australia's morality, sovereignty, self-reliance and internal cohesion against any
dilution of its Christian, Western character. The outward projection. The generation of hegemonic
influence across the Indo-Pacific and credible global leverage to shape international normative
orders in ways consistent with Australian values with minimal reliance on external
This identity first great power strategy treats national power not as a neutral aggregation of
capabilities but as a purposeful hierarchical system in which no element operates independently
of the Australian constitutional republic's defining identity and desired attributes. The result is a
self-reinforcing cycle. Identity drives strategy, strategizes every element and every element in
turn sustains and expands Australia's identity and its hegemonic standing. Our methodology.
The elements of national power. The elements of national end state. Elements driving the strategy
and the political and legal apparatus of the state and that's the constitution. That's our
end point. Our target. We've divided into three sections. Tangible, intangible and hybrid and
these are the two we have at our disposal to create our national future. The elements of
our national end state. This is the list of characteristics we wish our nation to possess.
The element driving the strategy. These are the twin pillars upon which the entire
system is designed. Identity for christian western anglophone and a great power. Indo-pacific regional
hegemony. Global leverage to shape normative orders. What about the people? I hear you cry
and damn right so you should. Top down is great but it needs bottom up to balance.
This is where constraints and risk examined. Constraints are what must be done and restraints
are what must not be done and included in the constitution. This is where the people get a
chance to say this is what's most important to us. In a practical sense that's how the united states
after designing the constitution were compelled to add the bill of rights. This is what the people
wanted to see written in their constitution. Let's review episode 8 infrastructure and
as an element of national power the context of this program on national power particularly
australia as a 21st century christian western anglophone constitutional republic pursuing
indo-pacific hegemony and global normative influence and communications as an element of
australian national power is this the integrated physical and digital networks including transport
that's road rail ports and airports energy grids water systems telecommunications broadband
internet data centers satellites and command and control systems that enable the movement of people
goods information and power across the nation and with the external world in context with
australia's identity first great power strategy this element acts as the connective tissue
and force multiplier of national it is not roads and wires but the sovereign capacity
time build own operate secure and adapt these networks in the service of the nation's
in australia's context it must be deliberately decentralized risk to cohesion
and align with the identity first principles while enabling great power projection the strategic
purpose infrastructure and communication serves as the sovereign connective backbone and force
multiplier of australian national power its purpose is to provide physical and digital nets
that are resilient decentralized and integrated which secure local and regional self-reliance
support a strong export oriented economy and sustain military projection across the
indo-pacific and facilitate effective constitutional governance you can now
understand why definitions are critical to this process ladies and gentlemen
in the service of identity first it reinforces christian western anglophone values through
sovereign control cultural cohesion and decentralized systems that strengthen families
communities and moral form in the service of great power it delivers the c4isr capability
the logistical depth and the adaptive resilience required for indo-pacific while protecting the
nation from cohesion and enabling credible normative influence through secure world-class
connectivity c4isr stands for command control communications computers intelligence surveillance
it represents the integrated technological backbone and strategic nerve center used by
military forces to transform vast amounts of data from individual soldier sensors to satellite feeds
into a single common operating picture c4isr enables joint multi-domain operations where land
sea air and space forces are digitally linked in order to maximize situational awareness
accelerate decision making and synchronize actions designed to defeat adversaries it directly
amplifies agricultural capacity industrial capacity and economic capacity while embedding
the principles of subsidiarity and long-term stewardship into the physical and digital
foundations of the republic seven core characteristics one sovereign control and ownership
two centralized redundant and resilient architecture three integrated multi-domain
networks four strategic force multiply for economic and military power five alignment
with moral cultural and identity priority six enabling political freedom and effective
republican governance seven adaptive resilient and future-proof design the seven key sub-elements
priority one was sovereign ownership and control of critical networks this is the highest
foundational priority priority two decentralized and redundant architecture three integrated
multi-domain systems priority four resilient and secure communications and cyber systems
priority five strategic logistics and mobility network priority six high capacity digital and
information infrastructure priority seven adaptive innovative and future-proof capabilities
so that's all of episode eight now let's get into episode nine financial resources definitions
financial resources definition as an element of national identity first great power strategy
in the context of this program on national power particularly australia as a 21st century
christian western anglophone constitutional republic pursuing indo-pacific hegemony and
global normative influence financial resources as an element of australian national power is
defined as australia's sovereign capacity to generate control allocate protect and importantly
recirculate its financial assets this including revenues from natural resources the bank monetary
system investment capital and fiscal capacity and this is done in a manner that prioritizes
national self-reliance decentralized economic activity and the direct benefit of the australian
people and i'll repeat again and again you will see this is a thing the direct benefit of the
australian people must support the development of military industrial agricultural and economic
capacity while ensuring the wealth generated from australia's resources used to achieve
australia's identity first great power objectives in context in the broader study of national power
financial resources encompasses a nation's overall economic wherewithal includes domestic product
foreign exchange reserves access to domestic and international capital the ability to fund
government functions and strategic projects and resilience against economic shocks or deliberate
financial attack it includes control over monetary policy fiscal policy banking regulation and the
strategic use of finance as an instrument of state power australia's strong control over her financial
systems will better sustain long-term military industrial agricultural and economic competitive
power internationally the strategic purpose strategic purpose in the identity first great
power strategy the strategic purpose of financial resources is provide the independent financial
strength and flexibility required to fund all other elements of national power without creating
dangerous external dependencies to enable sustained investment in australia's strategic capabilities
and build economic resilience that allows the nation to endure and prevail in prolonged strategic
competition it must also ensure that wealth generated from australia's natural resources
is recirculated to the astral in support of self-reliance at every level and not captured
by foreign interests nor concentrated in unaccountable centers of power i will repeat
that this is key it must also ensure that the wealth generated from australia's natural resources
is recirculated to people in support of self-reliance at every level and not captured
by foreign interests nor concentrated in unaccountable centers of power
the seven core characteristics one sovereign monetary and fiscal autonomy two decentralized
ownership and control of finance three strategic allocation to national priority four
recirculation of resource wealth to the common good resilience to economic cohesion
six alignment with ethical and identity-based economic activity seven support for multi-level
self-reliance let's go through each one and examine them in a little more detail
sovereign monetary and fiscal autonomy in order to protect a national decision-making sovereignty
australian must retain full and independent control over currency issuance interest and
taxation policy while remaining free from external veto or undue foreign influence and this is
another theme that you'll see popping up its ugly head throughout this presentation undue influence
to decentralized ownership and control of financial assets financial structures should favor
distributed ownership and regional decision-making to support multi-level self-reliance
and to prevent dangerous concentrations of economic power in metropolitan or foreign hands
three strategic allocation to national priorities capital and financial resources must be
deliberately directed toward defense industry development critical infrastructure advanced
manufacturing agricultural expansion rather than short-term speculative returns you'll remember
from previous episodes that defense industry will become a priority at least a 10 percent of GDP
contributing to that creating a national forge so that the australian men and women have meaningful
work and developed character through that process revenues derived from australia's natural
resources must be returned to the australian people through structural regional development
and public services rather than lost through foreign ownership excessive financialization
and or excessive finalization i'm going to repeat this entire slide and we must really focus here
number four is the recirculation of resource wealth to the common good this is our common
wealth no one else's revenues derived from australia's natural resources must be returned
to the australian people through infrastructure regional development and public services rather
than lost through foreign ownership excessive financialization and or excessive finalization
now let me explain those last two in a little bit more detail excessive finalization in the
context of revenues to actual resources excessive finalization refers to the process by which the
final net amount available for public capture that is the revenues that belong to us and we get back
substantially reduced that's what excessive finalization is it is substantially reduced
it describes the cumulative effect of accounting rules tax treatments and deduction mechanisms
as uplifted or compounded carry forward of exploration development and capital expenditures
accelerated depreciation or immediate write-offs generous check level or cross project offsets and
lost transfers transfer pricing or valuation is that lower the assessable revenue it's the key
point it allows civil or royalty liable base to be minimized or deferred often for many years
if you're wondering where our money goes it's the clever accounting tricks that almost minimize it
to nothing result is that a large portion of the economic value generated from the resource is
finalized in favor of the extractor rather than resource rent to the nation state that is our
commonwealth excessive financialization excessive financialization is a macroeconomic concept as
opposed to the narrow excessive final finalization this is now macroeconomic concept describing the
dominance of financial motives financial markets financial institutions and financial elites over
the real productive economy when financial motives shareholder value maximization and
financial engineering become dominant operations face stronger incentives to minimize tax and
royalty payments in order to maximize after-tax returns distributions and share buybacks there's
nothing wrong with maximizing minimizing tax and maximizing profits i get it i love it but not when
it's a device to deny the owners of that resource their fair share profit sharing debt loading and
complex corporate structures become more prevalent now we're seeing those accounting and structural
tricks to deny us enough capital management attention can shift away from long-term
productive investment towards shorter-term financial strategies eroding the underlying
real economic base from when user drawn typical features include addition of the financial sector
share of gdp and profit it is a non-product aspect of the economy corporate prioritization
of shareholder value strategies share buyback dividends financial engineering over long-term
productive investment rising levels of debt and speculative activity in economic power from
industrial productive capital toward financial capital so the sharp men in glossy suits will
shift money under structures and clever accounting techniques while the men and women who are digging
and increasing the value of resources are left short five resilience to external economic coercion
the financial system must be hardened against sanctions capital flight currency manipulation
and other forms of economic warfare to maintain operational continuity during strategic pressure
you've watched our relationship with china india and other countries you'll know exactly
what is going on here six alignment with ethical and identity-based economic activity
policy should support productive morally grounded enterprise consistent with christian western
values and national character rather than extractive or culturally corrosive models
what does that mean well importing goods and services from slave slave economies like china
like india where souls might be digging up the cobalt in africa to put into your chinese-built
tesla vehicles that is not consistent with christian western values support for multi-level
self-reliance financial tools and institutions should strengthen economic independence
at the individual family community regional and levels listen again financial tools and
institutions should strengthen the economic independence not create dependence but independence
at the individual family regional and national levels in line with the subsidiarity principle
of the republic let me now just dive deep into a hole are there remedies against this excessive
financialization and finalization yes there are there are remedies and there's nothing more
irritating to me than a problem that people won't look for a solution sovereign nation states have
a wide range of legal fiscal regulatory and structural remedies to mitigate criminal predatory
or merely unfair applications of financialization and excessive finalization by corporation
these directness severity and trade-offs with investment attractiveness excuse me let's go
through them fiscal and tax design remedies this is the most direct against excessive finalization
resource rent tax architecture cash flow or pure rent taxes with limited or zero uplift on carry
forward expenditures strict project ring fencing time limits on loss carry forwards and hard caps
on the percentage of revenue that can be offset by the year anti-avoidance strong general anti-avoid
and specific anti-avoidance rules swar that empower revenue authorities to disregard
artificial arrangements whose dominant purpose is to reduce tax or royalty liability
transfer pricing and valuation rules mandatory arm's length pricing formula for independent
valuation for related party sales especially commodities and tolling arrangements and robust
documentation requirement interest and thin capitalization limits restrictions on the
deductibility of related party or excessive debts to prevent profit shifting via financing
royalty design progress price sensitive royalties levied on verified real values and easily
manipulated accounting profits reducing reliance on profit-based calculations that are vulnerable
to finalization strategies global minimum tax and anti-base erosion measures implementations
of OECD pillar 2 type rules to set a floor on effective tax rates let's continue more remedies
to transparency and disclosure remedies mandatory public country by country reporting and project
level disclosure payments to government effective tax rates and key fiscal metrics registers of
beneficial ownership extractive sector transparency standards EITI or stronger domestic equivalents
real-time or frequent obligations to revenue authorities on large deductions related party
transactions and cross-border payments these measures reduce information asymmetry and make
aggressive finalization and financial engineering more and politically costly
criminal and enforcement remedies excuse me
execution for tax evasion fraud false accounting or dishonest concealment of income as distinct
from lawful tax planning for criminal liability regimes that hold it hold the company itself
and in some jurisdictions senior officers responsible proceeds of crime and unexplained
wealth powers to recover benefits derived from criminal or predatory conduct enhanced audit
investigation and information gathering powers for tax and financial regulators including the
ability to compel documents and testimony director disqualification and personal liability for serious
breaches you can see where we're going with this let's continue corporate governance and financial
regulation remedies now this is against excessive financialization those that audition share buyback
special dividends or other extractions that prioritize shorts of financial returns over the
productive investment or tax contribution corporate governance codes or legislation that require
consideration of long-term value stakeholders or national economic interest alongside shareholder
returns prudential and structural regulation of the financial sector to limit excessive growth
of purely financial activity relative to the real economy restrictions on certain complex
financial instruments or speculative practices where they amplify systemic risk or facilitate
profit action from the real economy five structural and ownership remedies mandatory or optional state
equity participation carried interest in major resource projects giving the nation a direct
share of production and profits that is harder to erode through accounting that's what donald j
trump is doing in the us sovereign wealth funds that receive and invest a defined share of resource
with locking value into the long-term public ownership local processing local content or
domestic value addition requirements that keep more economic activity and taxable taxable presence on
shore strategic foreign investment screening that can condition or block acquisitions
likely to intensify extractive finance financialization of critical resources and finally
six in the list of remedies international and cooperative remedies tax information exchange
agreements that automatic and automatic change of financial account information lateral instruments
to prevent treaty abuse and base erosion coordinated application of global minimum tax rules
and profit shifting standards diplomatic and trade measures where predatory practices are linked to
foreign state-backed or strategically motivated actors now the mining industry is looking at this
and they're doing one of two things one they are guffawing they are laughing they have seen this
before they know that they are more powerful because their corrupted buckets of gold have
bought and paid for politicians which has bought and paid for laws that advantage them
what the corporations of the planet are about to discover is that no corporation ever again will be
in a position to dominate a sovereign nation state the tables have turned and they will come to us
cap in hand begging politely for access to our common wealth our national resource the ones that
know what is coming are terrified now let's look at the remedies that we've just gone through look
at their appropriateness the current effectiveness against excessive financialization and any notes
fiscal and tax design it's highly appropriate in the australian context its current effectiveness
is moderate improving for the part and weakening and weaker for mining it's the strongest available
lever given the current laws transparency is highly appropriate in australia it's moderately
effective it's supportive but not decisive criminal and enforcement highly appropriate
it's high in criminal cases but low in aggressive planning and that's the uh
the structures and the accounting tricks that apply it's a correct tool for illegality but
governance and financial regulation it's moderately appropriate with a low to moderate
effectiveness limited impact on resource rates structural ownership selective in the australian
context it's low and underutilized but high potential expanded and finally international
cooperation highly appropriate moderate to high cross-border if applied correctly and complements
domestic rules now as you know i've said this many many times never fight on ground of the
enemy's choosing so the corrupted absolutely corrupted corporations of the planet who buy
laws then compel us to fight according to their rules on the ground of their choosing
well that's not going to happen we are going to introduce a complete rewrite of mining law
from top to bottom we refuse to accept their view of the world and how this war should be fought
when we rewrite the mining law that which is ours will be ours that which is theirs will be theirs
and the inordinate and illegal and unconstitutional power being impacting on and its people by the
wealth and power of the corporations will end so now moving back on sub-element analysis and policies
the seven key sub-elements one sovereign currency and monetary control two banking system sovereignty
and regulation resource revenue management and wealth circulation four strategic allocation
five against external financial coercion and an economic war and six decentralized
integration with defense industrial and agricultural funding and let's go a little
more detail the description for australian authority over the issuance management and
stability of the national currency and interest rate settings free from external pressure or
supranational constraints policies required legislate full australia control over currency
issuance and straight policy including the ability to pursue monetary settings that prioritize
national self-reliance over global finance orthodoxy establish legal protections against
external pressure on the reserve bank of australia ensuring monetary policy decisions
serve australian sovereignty and economic resilience rather than international financial
institutions develop alternative payment and settlement systems that reduce dependence on
foreign controlled clearing mechanisms while maintaining and the privileged economic relationship
with the United States. Priority two description domestic ownership and strict regulatory oversight
of the backing sector to prevent foreign capture systemic risk to finance as a vector for external
influence policies re-establish and this is going to make some people very happy for those who know
the history of the original commonwealth bank and its popularity with the people and its
effectiveness as a tool for government we will re-establish a 100 percent government-owned bank
of the commonwealth to be sold federally guaranteed national bank the sole federally guaranteed
national bank offer safe savings and general banking services to the public against the
government national finances introduce legislation requiring 10 percent australian government
ownership of major banks and final institutions with a national security test for any foreign
investment above defined thresholds strengthen banking regulations to mitigate against excessive
finalization to their revenue captured by the commonwealth limit excessive financializations
and direct credit towards productive sectors such as defense industry manufacturing and regional
agriculture now this one remove the too big to fail protection for the systemically important
financial institutions that is the big four banks the only guaranteed bank is the new 100
government-owned bank of the commonwealth the big four and other banks must now behave as good
corporate citizens and if they mess up they will pay finally create a regular framework for
community and regional banks to improve access to finance in garden towns and legalized areas
priority three natural resource revenue management and wealth recirculation description
mechanisms to capture resource rents and direct them back to the australian people
through infrastructure regional development strategic investment rather than allowing
them to flow offshore policies establish a national resource revenue recirculation fund
that directs a substantial portion of royalties and taxes into decentralized infrastructure
regional development and strategic industry legislate transparency and accountability
requirements for resource revenue flows to ensure wealth benefits the australian people
rather than foreign shareholders or offshore entities introduce royalty structures that
incentivize domestic processing and valuating of resources while discouraging raw export of
strategic commodities priority for strategic investment and capital allocation description
directed investment of public and private capital into defense industry critical minerals processing
advanced manufacturing and agricultural value adding to build long-term national power policies
create target investment vehicles and incentives to direct domestic capital
into defense industry critical minerals processing advanced manufacturing and agricultural value
adding establish a strategic investment fund that prioritizes projects supporting self-reliance
decentralization and long-term military and economic capability develop private partnership
models that ensure australian ownership and control while attracting necessary priority
national projects priority five protection against the external financial coercion and
economic warfare description policies and structures designed to defend the financial
system against sanctions debt traps currency attacks and other forms of economic aggression
policies build diversified foreign reserve holdings and or systems to reduce vulnerability
to sanctions or financial exclusion hostile power legislate enhanced foreign investment
screening capital flow monitoring specifically targeting adversarial state influence in the
australian financial system develop contingency plans and legal authorities to maintain financial
system functionality during periods of external economic coercion or sanctions
decentralized financial access and structures descriptions regional and community level access
to banking credit and investment capital for economic activity in garden towns and rural
areas rather than concentrating power in major cities policies provide regulatory support and
funding for regional development banks and cooperative financial institutions to improve
capital access in regional australia and guns introduce incentives for financial institutions
that maintain strong regional lending and service presence rather than concentrating operations in
capitals to support the development of community-based and cooperative financial models
that align with print subsidiarity and multi-level self-reliance priority seven integration with
description direct linkage linkage of financial policy and capital allocation to the funding
requirements of military capability industrial capability and expanded agricultural policies
create dedicated funding streams and financing mechanisms that directly link financial policy
to the expansion of defense industry advanced manufacturing and agricultural processing
capacity established coordinated investment programs between financial policy and major
national projects such as the bradfield scheme and new irrigation infrastructure
develop financing models that's a domestic self-reliance objectives and the scale required
for strategic export competitiveness now what constitutional authority would be required for
this the overarching constitutional framework amendments a new dedicated power should be inserted
granting the commonwealth explicit authority over the ownership control regulation and strategic
direction of financial and monetary systems as matters of national sovereignty and self-reliance
it just makes sense this power should be framed to support neutralized economic activity protect
resource wealth for the australian people and enable long-term investment in strategic
national capabilities while preserving the constitutional of the republic
by each sub-element priority one sovereign currency and monetary policy control
constitutional action required strengthened provision under currency power explicitly
protect the independence of the australian monetary policy from external influence and
the commonwealth's authority to set policy in the national interest priority two banking
system sovereignty and regulation constitutional action required a new clause should authorize the
commonwealth to regulate ownership control of banks and financial institutions to prevent foreign
capture and ensure alignment with national strategic objectives natural resource revenue
management and wealth recirculation constitutional action constitutional recognition that revenues
from natural resources are a national asset to be the benefit of the australian with mechanisms for
recirculation to infrastructure and regional development let me just pause here and again
i'm focusing on natural resource revenue the timor east timor war allegedly for the independence of
east timor was nothing but a corporate grab for gas and oil concern timor sea that's all it was
this is where corporations hitherto have been more power than nation so uh nation states sovereign
nation states this must end that was not a war for the liberation of these timorese that was a war
for resource access you understand now why it is critical that the australian government be
to shape and design the manner in which our resources are extracted processed export and
derived revenue therefore therefrom we've been lied to in the worst possible way
we need to authorize the government to step up enough and ensure that our commonwealth
is returned to the common people priority for strategic investment and capital allocation
constitutional action required explicit power for the commonwealth to direct or incentivize
investment toward defense industrial and agricultural priorities deemed essential to
the national power and selfless priority five protection against external financial coercion
and economic war constitutional action required authority commonwealth to implement measures
protecting the financial system from foreign coercion sanctions and economic warfare
including contingency powers during national emergencies priority 60 centralized financial
access access actions constitutional action required a subsidy a subsidiarity principle
hiring that for policy and infrastructure support economic activity and decision making
at regional and community levels we're never practicable already said integration with
industrial and agricultural funding constitutional action a coordinating
coordinating provision requiring financial policy to support and integrate with the funding needs
of military capability industrial capacity expanded and expanded agricultural production
as a strategic national priorities implementation notes strategic alignment these constitutional
elements provide the legal foundation necessary to implement the recommended policies while
embedding the principles of sovereignty self-reliance decentralization and strategic
ownership into Australia's constitutional framework they directly the policy recommendations
of all seven sub elements while advancing both identity first and great power objectives
and those of you who have been watching this from the start and if you haven't i recommend you do
you'll see these golden threads throughout this entire tapestry that we are creating
each element of national power we examine works in concert with the others creating
exactly what this nation needs to pursue an identity first great power strategy to maintain
who we are and then become a serious player on the global scene rather than just being another
slave state to someone else so now let's review what we have done we reviewed our intention for
the entire program we reviewed national power definitions and implications we reviewed our
methodology we reviewed infrastructure and communications and then we had a look at
episode nine this week's episode financial resource we defined financial resources
we examined their strategic purpose we examined seven core characteristics examined the seven
sub elements we analyzed and described policy and sub elements of financial resources which
optimize our collective ability to achieve our identity first great power objectives
the constitutional elements that authorize such policy before we finish let me just
one comment on our concept of a new 100 federally owned bank of the commonwealth
if you research the original commonwealth bank it was an extraordinary institution which
assisted australia grow dramatically and honorably in the early parts of the 20th century
so much so that the commercial banks ensured through corrupt politicians and corrupt laws
that it was shut down and neutered so effective was the commonwealth bank in its initial iteration
not as its current big four institution so successful was it that through normal banking practices
at better than competitive rates with the commercial banks it paid for the entire first
world war built railways and never had to borrow money the governor of the bank was so well loved
now get this how the world has changed this bank governor was so well loved that when he passed
there was a state funeral in the streets of sydney were blocked with supporters that's what a good
bank can do we are bringing that back thank you for joining us this week and we'll see you next
week for the rebirth of a great nation episode 10 political organization and the quality of
government you're gonna you're gonna want to see that one and once again australia's favorite tune
we'll see you next week
