Canton police arrest man after toddler dies

Canton police have arrested 22-year-old Salsa Vicente for the murder of a two-year-old boy in Cherokee County. Vicente, the live-in boyfriend of the child's mother, called 911 after the toddler became unresponsive. The child was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
