What’s the movie about?
In the high-energy crime comedy Dope, Malcolm is a 90s-obsessed "geek" in a rough Inglewood neighborhood trying to survive his senior year and get into Harvard. His life is flipped upside down after a chance encounter with a local drug dealer leads to him accidentally inheriting a massive stash of MDMA. To save his future, Malcolm and his friends must transform from outcasts into savvy entrepreneurs, using their wit and technology to sell the product while dodging gangs and the police.
