This 2 Month Old Puppy Dragged Herself for Days After Her Leg and Tail Were Fully Crushed.

Mishti was just a 2.5-month-old puppy when she was found dragging herself along the road after being crushed by a car. She had been suffering for three days with devastating injuries. Her haemoglobin was dangerously low, her kidney and liver functions were poor, and one of her legs and her tail were so badly damaged that they eventually had to be amputated.

Despite the pain and uncertainty, Mishti showed incredible strength. Before surgery, she spent weeks recovering, slowly regaining her health through medical treatment, proper care, and lots of love. Day by day, her wounds healed, her blood values improved, and the frightened puppy began to trust again. Soon, she was eating well, playing with toys, looking for treats, and showing everyone her sweet personality.

As her recovery progressed, Mishti adapted beautifully to life with three legs. She became stronger, happier, and more confident with each passing day. Once she was healthy enough, she travelled with her rescuer from Meerut to Jodhpur by train, handling the journey like a perfect little passenger.

After overcoming unimaginable challenges, Mishti finally found a permanent home with Dog Home Foundation. The tiny puppy who once dragged herself along the road transformed into a joyful, loving survivor whose courage touched everyone she met. Her journey is a reminder that even the smallest lives can show extraordinary resilience when given a chance to heal and be loved.
