The video follows the conflict between the Lupin Rangers (phantom thieves) and the police, as the authorities attempt to uncover the secret identities of the thieves. The police suspect three employees of a Churro shop—Kairi, Tooma, and Umika—due to their backgrounds and suspicious timing. However, through a series of clever distractions and a fake gang attack orchestrated by the police, the Lupin Rangers manage to maintain their cover. The episode culminates in a battle against a Gangler scientist, Koche Rumeru, which the Lupin Rangers win using their combined mecha.
