What's up friends and welcome back to The Cozy State. My name is Kristin. If you're new,
if you're not, then thank you so much for joining back in today. We are going to do a big garden
harvest today because it has been rainy here the last couple of days in Estonia and we are just
having a break in weather this evening. It's supposed to be rainy again tomorrow and the
days after that and I know for a fact that there are tons of things ready to harvest out here. So
let's see what we can find. Okay, I know there's a lot in this greenhouse. So let's see what we
can find in here. These are banana peppers that turned red. I didn't even know banana peppers
could do that but apparently they can. And they are supposed to be super super sweet when they're
red and orange like that. We also have some yellow ones here. There's another red one.
We have some Venus golden cherry tomatoes ready. Some jalapenos. My hardneck garlic is finally
ready to harvest. Usually you want to wait until three to four leaves are completely dried up like
this but because we're only expecting rain for the near future I am gonna take this today because
I don't want it to mold later on when I cure it. Nice. Okay, this one seems like it has a hefty stem.
Whoa, that's a good one. Beautiful. Let's see about this one. Wow, this is really big. Nice.
And by the way, this is all the variety Lubasha. We just pulled up a giant earthworm. You can go back.
That's a nice head of garlic. All this is one clove. Oh my gosh, that's insane.
Look at this teeny tiny one. Oh, it broke. Oh my gosh, how itty bitty.
Oh my gosh, how tiny. I think this was a softneck garlic too but look at this stem.
I hope this is gonna be beautiful.
Wow, this is amazing. So beautiful. Look how large this is. Look, this is one clove.
Look at this compared to my foot. This is crazy. I'm so proud of this garlic head.
Another nice one. Oh my gosh. What? Now this is a head of garlic. This is insane.
It's so big. I am blown away with how beautiful this is. And keep in mind, this is not elephant
garlic. This is just a regular hardneck garlic. I am so proud. You're gonna be delicious.
Oh, that one broke off.
Wow, it's beautiful. I might have harvested this one a little late but you can see so
nicely how large these cloves are here. Wow, crazy. Gosh, another huge one.
This stem looks massive. Let's see. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. What the... Oh my... Whoa, I think this is...
This is definitely the biggest one I have grown so far. That's insane. Wow. We still have two more.
This one still. Also nice. Oh my gosh. Wow. What a stunning garlic harvest. I'll just quickly
clean them in some rainwater. I think this one, this is the biggest head of garlic I have ever
grown. I don't know if it comes across like that on camera but it is in fact huge. I love it.
Look at it. So pretty. Okay, next up I want to take a carrot. These are supposed to be red.
Okay, that's interesting and something got left behind in there.
But look at this beautiful color. Oh, there it is.
Wow, so beautiful. I love this color. Just look at this color. This variety is called Malbec.
Okay, next up we have a couple of onions here and some more over here underneath this acorn squash.
Okay, not bad. Nice. Wow, this one is beautiful. Oh my gosh, that's a huge one.
Nice. Look at these ones. They're pink. I've never seen an onion flower like this.
Usually the flower comes straight from the middle. That is so funny. Oh, this is beautiful.
Oh, nice. Gorgeous onions. I'm not gonna cure the one that's flowered. I will take this inside for
fresh eating because it's not gonna last in storage anyway. These are heavy. We have a
cucumber that's ready to pick. This one is called Nikki 4. And some purple sprouting broccoli.
This plant isn't done producing yet, so I'm gonna let it keep going. We have some more over here.
We have some more purple sprouting broccoli here and this one is beautiful, I have to say.
So let's take this whole head. And lastly, I will take some lemon thyme for dinner.
And some of this beautiful purple basil. It really feels like I harvested the rainbow today.
Look how colorful everything is. I am so proud of my garden. What a beautiful harvest. I'm gonna
take all this garlic and these onions now and put them on my drying rack. If you've made it this
far, then thank you so much for watching. I truly appreciate every single one of you. If you like
